Description

A melty, loaded burrito packed with seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and crunchy tater tots.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 3 cups cooked crispy tater tots
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning or homemade blend
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: diced onions, hot sauce, green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook tater tots until very crispy in oven or air fryer; set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain, and season with taco seasoning + a splash of water.
  3. Warm tortillas, then layer cheese, hot seasoned beef, more cheese, and several crispy tater tots.
  4. Add sour cream or drizzle inside if desired.
  5. Fold burritos tightly (sides in, then roll).
  6. Toast burritos seam-side down in a skillet until golden and cheese melts.
  7. Slice and serve warm with extra tots on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding diced onions or hot sauce.
