A melty, loaded burrito packed with seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and crunchy tater tots.
Ingredients

- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 3 cups cooked crispy tater tots
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning or homemade blend
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: diced onions, hot sauce, green onions
Instructions
- Cook tater tots until very crispy in oven or air fryer; set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain, and season with taco seasoning + a splash of water.
- Warm tortillas, then layer cheese, hot seasoned beef, more cheese, and several crispy tater tots.
- Add sour cream or drizzle inside if desired.
- Fold burritos tightly (sides in, then roll).
- Toast burritos seam-side down in a skillet until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm with extra tots on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding diced onions or hot sauce.
- Green onions can be used as a garnish.
