A delicious and easy-to-make cheesy baked tortellini skillet, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

- 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in marinara sauce, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 3 minutes.
- Fold in cooked tortellini, coating evenly in the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute the cheese tortellini with spinach or mushroom tortellini for a different flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
