Description

Cheesy Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a must-try dish featuring tender baked chicken over creamy Alfredo pasta loaded with gooey melted cheese and parsley.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens.
  4. Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce, then spread in a baking dish.
  5. Arrange sliced chicken on top and sprinkle mozzarella generously.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different twist.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
