Cheesy Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a must-try dish featuring tender baked chicken over creamy Alfredo pasta loaded with gooey melted cheese and parsley.

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens.
- Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce, then spread in a baking dish.
- Arrange sliced chicken on top and sprinkle mozzarella generously.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different twist.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
