- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Handful of baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 4 even patties.
- Grill 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through, topping each with cheddar to melt in the final minute.
- Toast brioche buns until golden.
- Assemble burgers with spinach on the bottom bun, followed by the cheesy chicken patty and red onion slices.
- Serve hot with a side of fries or a crisp salad.
