Description

Juicy herbed chicken patty layered with melted cheddar, baby spinach, and crisp onions served on toasted brioche.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices red onion
  • Handful of baby spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into 4 even patties.
  4. Grill 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through, topping each with cheddar to melt in the final minute.
  5. Toast brioche buns until golden.
  6. Assemble burgers with spinach on the bottom bun, followed by the cheesy chicken patty and red onion slices.
  7. Serve hot with a side of fries or a crisp salad.
