- 1 can canned tuna (drained)
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup celery (finely diced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Butter one side of each sourdough slice.
- Place bread butter-side down and spread a thick layer of tuna mixture on top.
- Add generous slices of sharp cheddar.
- Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7 minutes, flip carefully, then cook another 6–8 minutes until deeply golden and cheese is fully melted.
