- 2 cups sliced apples (peeled and sautéed)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 box graham crackers
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon (for apples)
- Crushed toffee or pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until tender; let cool.
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened; fold in whipped topping.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×9 pan, followed by half the cream filling and half the apples.
- Repeat layers, ending with graham crackers on top.
- Pour caramel sauce evenly over the top.
- Chill at least 4 hours or overnight until softened and set.
- Garnish with chopped apples, toffee bits, or pecans before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill overnight.
- Feel free to substitute with other fruits if desired.
