- 3 cups Apples (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter to form a crumbly crust mixture.
- Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook diced apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until tender.
- Spread apple mixture over crust, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool completely before slicing and add extra caramel drizzle for serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
