Description

A fresh and vibrant Caprese Pasta Salad with Balsamic Glaze, combining classic Caprese flavors with pasta for a delicious dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
  2. Halve cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
  3. Toss pasta with olive oil, salt, and pepper while still slightly warm.
  4. Gently fold in tomatoes and mozzarella.
  5. Add torn fresh basil leaves.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
  7. Finish with extra basil and cracked pepper before serving.
