Ingredients

- 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
- Halve cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
- Toss pasta with olive oil, salt, and pepper while still slightly warm.
- Gently fold in tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Add torn fresh basil leaves.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
- Finish with extra basil and cracked pepper before serving.
