Ingredients
- Large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- Smoked sausage (Andouille-style)
- Long-grain rice (cooked)
- Cajun seasoning
- Ground beef
- Onion
- Bell peppers (red & yellow)
- Garlic
- Chicken broth
- Paprika
- Dried thyme
- Green onions
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and brown sausage slices; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up well.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked rice and chicken broth, mixing until evenly coated.
- Fold in shrimp and cooked sausage; cook until shrimp turn pink and tender.
- Finish with green onions and parsley, then serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For a spicier dish, add diced jalapeños.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
