Description

Ingredients

  • Steak cubes (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip)
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Optional: lemon juice for brightness

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry, season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy skillet until very hot; sear steak bites in batches until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove steak and lower heat; add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Return steak to the skillet, tossing in the garlic butter to coat evenly.
  5. Add a splash of lemon if desired and cook 1 more minute.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately over rice, potatoes, or with crusty bread.
