Ingredients
- Steak cubes (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip)
- Cajun seasoning
- Butter
- Garlic (minced)
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Optional: lemon juice for brightness
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry, season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet until very hot; sear steak bites in batches until browned on all sides.
- Remove steak and lower heat; add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Return steak to the skillet, tossing in the garlic butter to coat evenly.
- Add a splash of lemon if desired and cook 1 more minute.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately over rice, potatoes, or with crusty bread.
