Buffalo Chicken Pizza Pockets are golden, handheld pizza pockets stuffed with spicy buffalo chicken and gooey melted cheese.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or parsley
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese until creamy.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
- Spoon buffalo chicken mixture onto dough; top with mozzarella and cheddar.
- Fold dough over filling, seal edges, and place seam-side down.
- Brush with olive oil or butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake until golden brown and cheese is bubbling inside, about 20 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- These pockets can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
