Golden caramelized peaches baked under a crunchy brown butter oat topping—best served warm with melting vanilla ice cream.

- 5 ripe peaches, sliced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter (browned)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla ice cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly butter an oven-safe skillet.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and cook until golden brown and nutty.
- Toss sliced peaches with half the brown sugar and a spoonful of brown butter; spread in skillet.
- In a bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the rest of the brown butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over peaches.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with a scoop (or two!) of vanilla ice cream melting over the top.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe peaches for maximum flavor.
- Adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
