Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 ripe peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter (browned)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup flour

  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and cook until golden brown and nutty.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with half the brown sugar and a spoonful of brown butter; spread in skillet.
  4. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the rest of the brown butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle topping evenly over peaches.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop (or two!) of vanilla ice cream melting over the top.
