Instructions
- In a bowl, stir softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream and ranch seasoning; mix until fully combined.
- Fold in drained Rotel tomatoes.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add green onions, cilantro, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor, then serve cold.
