Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix flour and milk alternately until smooth and pour batter evenly into liners.
  4. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and springy; let cool completely.
  5. For the frosting, beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy, add vanilla and a few drops of blue coloring.
  6. Pipe frosting in smooth, swirled peaks on each cupcake.
  7. Sprinkle with colorful rainbow sprinkles for a fun finishing touch.
