Description

Ingredients

  • Large round sesame seed muffaletta bread
  • Genoa salami & ham (thin sliced)
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • Olive salad (green olives, giardiniera, olive oil)
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Fresh mozzarella (optional for melt factor)
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Olive oil drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice the round sesame loaf horizontally.
  2. Spread a generous layer of olive salad on both cut sides of the bread.
  3. Layer provolone, salami, ham, and pepperoni evenly across the bottom half.
  4. Add roasted red peppers and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Top with fresh mozzarella if using.
  5. Place the top half of the bread on and press gently.
  6. Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 10–15 minutes until warmed and slightly crisp outside.
  7. Slice into wedges and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
