Instructions

- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth and glossy.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder; fold into wet mixture just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks, reserving some for topping.
- Scoop large dough balls onto a lined tray and press extra chocolate on top.
- Bake until edges are set but centers remain soft and gooey.
- Finish warm cookies with melted chocolate, chopped pistachios, and a light drizzle of honey if desired.
