- 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian buns
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom halves on the sheet, layer with chicken and mozzarella, then top with bun tops.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños or pickles.
