Description

Sweet and smoky BBQ chicken layered with gooey cheese and buttery buns — the ultimate party bite.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian buns
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  3. Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  4. Place the bottom halves on the sheet, layer with chicken and mozzarella, then top with bun tops.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  7. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
