A creamy, pudding-like banana oat breakfast layered with fresh banana slices and crunchy crumbs.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1 ripe Banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1/2 cup Milk (any kind)
- 1/2 cup Vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1–2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Crushed graham crackers (optional topping)
Instructions
- In a jar, mix oats, Greek yogurt, milk, pudding mix, sweetener, and salt until creamy.
- Fold in a few banana slices for flavor.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Stir the oats in the morning—they should be thick and pudding-like.
- Top with fresh banana slices.
- Add a dollop of extra yogurt for that “cream pie” effect.
- Finish with crushed graham crackers.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- Can be made gluten-free by using certified gluten-free oats.
