Description

A creamy, pudding-like banana oat breakfast layered with fresh banana slices and crunchy crumbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 ripe Banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla pudding mix (dry)
  • 12 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Crushed graham crackers (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. In a jar, mix oats, Greek yogurt, milk, pudding mix, sweetener, and salt until creamy.
  2. Fold in a few banana slices for flavor.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. Stir the oats in the morning—they should be thick and pudding-like.
  5. Top with fresh banana slices.
  6. Add a dollop of extra yogurt for that “cream pie” effect.
  7. Finish with crushed graham crackers.
