Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and clean mushrooms, trimming stems if needed.
- Toss mushrooms with olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Spread mushrooms in a single layer on a baking dish or sheet pan.
- Roast until mushrooms release juices and begin to caramelize.
- Stir once and continue roasting until glossy, dark, and tender.
