Ingredients

- 12 oz Penne pasta
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb Ground beef (optional)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook penne until al dente and drain.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir marinara sauce into the beef mixture and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss pasta with the sauce, then pour into a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and a sprinkle of parmesan.
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the ground beef.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the cheese to set.
