Description

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti (cooked al dente)
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Marinara sauce
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Heavy cream or milk
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or dried herbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and cream until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine spaghetti with marinara sauce and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake uncovered 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top; rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
