Ingredients
- Spaghetti (cooked al dente)
- Cream cheese (softened)
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Marinara sauce
- Butter
- Garlic (minced)
- Heavy cream or milk
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper
- Fresh parsley or dried herbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in cream cheese and cream until smooth and creamy.
- Combine spaghetti with marinara sauce and cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top; rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to add cooked vegetables or protein for extra nutrition.
