Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 even squares.
- Place a cube of Brie in the center of each square and top with ½ tsp cranberry sauce.
- Fold edges up slightly or leave open for a rustic look.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
