Description

Flaky puff pastry squares filled with creamy Brie and tangy cranberry sauce—an elegant, easy holiday appetizer that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional drizzle)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 12 even squares.
  3. Place a cube of Brie in the center of each square and top with ½ tsp cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold edges up slightly or leave open for a rustic look.
  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving warm.
