Description

Tender chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and jalapeños, wrapped in smoky bacon, baked until golden and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Jalapeños (seeded & diced)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 8 Bacon strips
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice chicken breasts to create pockets without cutting through.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, and paprika into a smooth filling.
  4. Stuff each chicken pocket with the mixture.
  5. Wrap each breast tightly with 2–3 bacon strips.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with a side of ranch or fresh salad.
