- 8 Bacon strips
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Slice chicken breasts to create pockets without cutting through.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, and paprika into a smooth filling.
- Stuff each chicken pocket with the mixture.
- Wrap each breast tightly with 2–3 bacon strips.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with a side of ranch or fresh salad.
