- 6 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
- 1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
- 1 small onion (diced)
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a sheet pan.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced onion; drain excess fat. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Lay cooked lasagna noodles on the sheet pan as the base layer.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly, then top with dollops of ricotta or cream cheese.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar and add another noodle layer if desired.
- Top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
