Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a sheet pan.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced onion; drain excess fat. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay cooked lasagna noodles on the sheet pan as the base layer.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly, then top with dollops of ricotta or cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and add another noodle layer if desired.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
