- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken thighs until deeply golden on both sides; remove briefly.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, and broth; simmer.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon glaze over the top.
- Simmer gently until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with extra pan glaze.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes to soak up the glaze.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
